Week 10 in the world of Fantasy Football is… HARD. By this point in the season players are banged up, some out for the season, and then there’s six teams on a bye this week to make things worse. It’s safe to say your starting lineup looks nothing like the team you drafted and envisioned in the championship. But that’s okay! The only thing that matters in fantasy football is your lineup scoring more than your opponents on that given week.

This week is going to be full of add and drop decisions. That’s what I’m here for, you can read this and figure out who to add. The hard part will be deciding who to drop. That’s where you’ll need to tweet me @elvinryan_HTM and just #AskElvin. Just to let it be known, waiver wire adds are the most important part of building a winning fantasy team. My fiancée doesn’t believe that and that’s okay because I handle her waivers. You don’t have that luxury, so I can assure you that you will NOT win your league with the team you drafted. That means you need to read my waiver articles weekly…

Here’s the long list of teams on a bye and screwing us this week— The Broken Broncos, Erratic Eagles, Jaded Jaguars, Prostitution Patriots, Reckless Redskins, and the Thriving Texans.

The following should be added while reading this, no explanation needed:

Jaylen Samuels, Running Back, Steelers— I told you to add him last week and he went off…

Ronald Jones, Running Back, Bucs— He’s taken over the backfield at last. Bye-bye, Barber.

Kallen Ballage, Running Back, Dolphins— Drake is in AZ and Walton is suspended. That means the backfield is all his. Remember he’s still a Dolphin so temper expectations.

Jimmy Garoppolo, Quarterback, 49ers— He’s just a streamer to me, three very good quarterbacks are on a bye. Not to mention the Seahawks’ pass defense is struggling.

Ryan Tannehill, Quarterback, Dolphins— He’s a Titan now, just wanted to see if you’d catch that. He’s also playing really good ball. Another great streaming option!

Dallas Goedert, Tight End, Eagles— I also told you to add him last week… Did you?

Kyle Rudolph, Tight End, Vikings— He’s balled out the last four weeks, yet no one is adding him.

Devante Parker, Wide Receivers, Dolphins— Preston Williams out for the season, increased targets are heading his way. He’s also playing at a high level these last four weeks.

Okay so those were the no brainers, here are some that may need a little more explaining.

Jacob Hollister, Tight End, Seahawks— Tight ends have either been big hitters or bed shitters this season. There has been no in-between. Hollister isn’t a must start, but he’s a tight end I recommend you adding for upside. Two touchdowns Sunday showed us his ceiling is high. We’ll see if Dickson returns.

Brian Hoyer, Quarterback, Colts— Brissett is going to miss some time with that knee injury. He played well when he came in Sunday. Now he gets to play against, the NFL’s dumpster fire defense, the Dolphins. He’s screaming, “STREAM ME!”. And, that’s just what you should do if you’re one of the teams with a quarterback on a bye or you just need to take a risk to beat your opponent.

Hunter Renfrow, Wide Receiver, Raiders— He’s a flex play at best this week. But he has huge upside and has come on strong the last two games. He’s winning Carr over and he’s a must stash for now.

Zach Pascal, Wide Receiver, Colts— My dude, Hilton, is going to miss a few weeks. And, Hoyer seemed to love targeting him Sunday. He’s a plug and play for your fantasy lineup at least until T.Y. returns.
