Shipping Policy

The time of merchandise purchased is separate from the shipping times for merchandise. Not all orders get shipped out right away.

All shipments are made using USPS.

Deliveries vary on time window, but all orders will be delivered within the 21 day window shown in purchase description. If the merch does not arrive within that 21 day time frame, please contact and notify that the delivery has not been made.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping for anywhere inside the United States of America.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, but please email for details. If you purchase merchandise before contacting us about the out of country delivery, you may incur additional charges.

We ship to most countries, but charges may vary based on country. Please contact for more details on that.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hold The Mayo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Local Delivery

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup for customers in the area. Everything is shipped via USPS.

Checking the Status of Your Order

Any tracking information can be obtained by emailing as we do not send tracking information for every purchase automatically. An order confirmation will be sent right after purchase and that will confirm that HTM has received the order. However, the 21 day window on delivery is currently the longest the delivery will take to arrive. Contact email for more information.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
